Orders and payment
How do I order prescription glasses?
Pick a frame, choose "Choose lenses", select your lens type and extras, and give us your prescription. Then pay securely with Stripe.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Can I see my order status?
Yes. Sign in and open My orders, and we also email you when your order ships.
Prescriptions and lenses
What if I don't have my prescription at hand?
You can type it in, upload a photo of it, or choose to send it later. We'll wait for it before making your lenses.
What is PD and where do I find it?
PD (pupillary distance) is the distance between the centers of your pupils, in millimeters. It's often on your prescription; if not, your eye doctor can tell you.
Which lens type do I need?
Single vision corrects one distance (far or near). Bifocal and progressive lenses correct both; progressive ones have no visible line.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $50.00 or more, and $5.95 below that. See Shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Lenses are made after you order, usually in a few business days, and delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days more.
Returns and refunds
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See Returns and refunds.
