Returns and refunds

Not happy with your glasses? Return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. We reply with the return instructions.
3. Once we receive the glasses, we refund the payment to your card. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Good to know

• Glasses must come back in their original condition, with the case.
• If your lenses arrive damaged or don't match your prescription, tell us and we make them again.
